How do we move from the fear of sharing our voice into liberation and, dare we hope, ease? How can shifting outdated ideas of creativity help us tap into generously sharing our truth?
Many of us struggle with sharing our creative projects. How do we move from the space of fear, of stuckness, of doubt into liberation, generous sharing, and, dare we hope, ease?
In this solo episode, I took a walk down memory lane and shared the BTS (behind-the-scenes) stories of how I created this podcast - from its ideation to gestation to birth. I also shared a smörgåsbord of lessons I learned along the way about my process, creativity in general, and remembering my own unique voice.

Creation is a two way street. It’s not just you generating your creations. Our creations and the act of creating them also have regenerative powers for you. Allowing ourselves to step out of the way so our creative projects can be birthed through us can be very liberating.
My hope is that this share will inspire you to take aligned actions that nurture your creative flames.
Some of themes I explored in this episode:
I’d love to hear from you! On a personal level, I love hearing other people’s creative process and so, I want to create this episode as a time capsule for myself and for others who are hoping to share their gifts. For those of you dreaming of your own podcast, I hope this share is especially relevant.
I mentioned a few of my teachers: Sabrina Monarch who encouraged me to create this podcast as the final project of her astrological embodiment program, Jamie Leonhart who taught me how to more easefully embody my voice, Deborah Kremins who taught me how to work with healing past lives energetic imprints and the energy arts, and Britten LaRue who taught me astrology and graciously invited me to collaborate with her in mentoring other emerging astrologers. I also mentioned Tan France and Catherine O’Hara’s character on Schitt’s Creek, Moira.
